The position requires data entry proficiency, knowledge of open enrollment concepts (PPO/HDHP), strong communication, and experience with HRIS systems. It is a 2-3 month contract with potential extension, offering a friendly hybrid schedule and full-time equivalent

Qualifications

• Data entry and verification accuracy.
• Knowledge of open enrollment and plan types (PPO, HDHP).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a hybrid 8–5 environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (any platform).

Responsibilities

• Verify employment dates and pay information for accurate records.
• Support open enrollment processes and explain plan differences.
• Assist with employee relations activities and documentation.
• Prepare for panel interviews and create online job postings.
• Enter and manage HR data in HRIS systems like UltiPro.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
