• 1-3 years of HR administration experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of HR data and ensure accuracy in reporting systems (e.g., Workday).
• Process unemployment claims and coordinate with Operations and Legal as needed.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention and engagement.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare, audit, and analyze HR reports and metrics for trends and escalation.
• Partner with Operations to provide workforce analytics and ad hoc reporting.
• Support staffing needs and communicate with centralized recruiting and Operations leaders.
