Job summary

Swift Staffing seeks Human Resources Coordinators to support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations for education, government and non-profit clients. On-site roles are in Catonsville, Towson, Columbia and midtown Baltimore City as six-month contracts at $25.50/hour.

Responsibilities include candidate screening, interview coordination, recordkeeping, onboarding and HRIS tracking, with weekly pay, health insurance, referral bonuses and more. On-site hours are 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00, M-F.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
• Must have at least two years of human resources work experience.
• Must have experience with high-volume full life cycle recruitment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems along with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Must have good communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work from 8:00 am-4:30 pm or 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch on site.
• Must be able to pass a FBI background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and candidate screening activities on site.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment records and employment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Track applicants using HRIS systems.
• Support administrative and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee files.
