Job summary

Swift Staffing seeks Human Resources Coordinators for education, government and non-profit clients. On-site roles in Catonsville, Towson, Columbia and midtown Baltimore City, six-month contracts with extension possible. Non-negotiable pay rate of $25.50/hour.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least two years of HR work experience.
• Experience with high-volume full life cycle recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and candidate screening activities on site.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment records and employment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Track applicants using HRIS systems.
• Support administrative and recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee files.
