Hyve Solutions is seeking an HR professional to support contingent workforce operations, handle onboarding, I-9 processing, and benefits coordination in a fast-paced environment. The role involves partnering with HR and ER teams, translating and coordinating with staffing partners, and ensuring accurate attendance and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities include orientation, badge management, locker audits, and daily updates for supervisors, with involvement in open enrollment and employee

Mansioni

• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges
• Conduct new hire orientation for contingent workforce and FTE
• Process I9’s for NHO
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events
• Support ER partners with translation support
• Assign lockers
• Complete locker audits
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers
• Work with staffing partners and payroll when there are payroll discrepancies
• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure Supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
• Complete additional tasks as needed within OB’s HR department
