Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS seeks an HR coordinator to support contingent workforce and HR operations. You will handle routine questions, I-9 processing, orientation for contingent workers and full-time employees, payroll coordination with partners, and daily updates for supervisors.

Mansioni

• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges
• Conduct new hire orientation for contingent workforce and FTE
• Process I9’s for NHO
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events
• Support ER partners with translation support
• Assign lockers
• Complete locker audits
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers
• Work with staffing partners and payroll when there are payroll discrepancies
• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
• Complete additional tasks as needed within OB’s HR department
