Job summary

FairSquare is seeking an HR Coordinator in Atlanta for a 100% onsite role. Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $68,000 with opportunities for bonus and benefits. You will oversee onboarding, payroll support, compensation reporting, and HRIS data integrity while helping to build a strong employee experience across brands.

The HR team is small and visible; you will own end-to-end processes and contribute to culture, engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as an HR coordinator or related admin role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with business systems.
• Experience with Paycom HRIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding end to end — offers, e-signature routing, IT access, and Day 1 logistics, co-leading orientation.
• Administer sales compensation reporting with Finance and Sales leadership; draft plan agreements.
• Support payroll and benefits; verify data, resolve discrepancies, enrollments.
• Maintain HRIS data and monthly headcount reports; handle HR inquiries.
• Drive employee engagement and assist with events; cover front desk as needed.
