Qualifications

• Supports benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee records management.
• Coordinates recruiting activities and maintains HRIS data accuracy.
• Maintains confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform.

Responsibilities

• Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration with the HR Manager.
• Coordinate recruiting activities: postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up.
• Maintain employee personnel files and medical files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform HRIS data entry in ADP Workforce Now and keep data current.
• Manage HR announcements via SharePoint and coordinate expatriate-related communications.
