Job summary

WSB is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The role supports day-to-day HR services, including AskHR tickets, ADP Workforce Now onboarding audits, benefits enrollment monitoring, and LOA support.

This role serves as a front-line resource for staff and further supports the HR Team. The position plays a key role in maintaining process accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience within the HR function.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years HR coordination or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or similar HRIS preferred.
• Experience with HR case/ticketing systems (AskHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AskHR ticketing system and respond within 24 hours.
• Serve as front-line staff contact for benefits, leave, HRIS, and policies.
• Audit new hire benefit enrollments and LOA inquiries; assist with LOA questions.
• Audit weekly onboarding in ADP WFNow for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with HRBPs to support onboarding and I-9 verification.
• Prepare and distribute weekly onboarding reports from ADP WFN.
• Support employment verification requests.
• Identify data gaps in onboarding, benefits, or HRIS.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects, audits, and reporting.
