Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR/payroll experience.
• Experience with Paychex or other HRIS/payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening, interviewing as needed.
• Administer onboarding: background checks, offer letters, new hire data entry.
