As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will support the full associate journey-from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and everything in between. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, service-minded HR professional who enjoys being both a trusted resource for associates and a valued partner to leadership.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer extensions, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. Help us attract and welcome talented individuals who share our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation while ensuring all required onboarding documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Create a warm, engaging first impression that sets the tone for an associate's journey with us.
Support the bi-weekly payroll process from start to finish. Review and audit timecards, identify and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, process personnel and status changes, and ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time. Your attention to detail will make a meaningful difference to our associates.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HRIS records. Ensure associate information is up to date and handled in accordance with company policies, record-retention requirements, and applicable employment laws.
Coordinate HR transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and separations. Ensure every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.
Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for associates with questions regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, policies, procedures, and other employment-related matters. Provide responsive, solutions-oriented service while knowing when to escalates matters appropriately.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data, including headcount, turnover, recruitment activity, time and attendance, payroll, and other HR metrics. Help leadership understand the story behind the numbers and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with HR audits, compliance initiatives, employment documentation, record retention, and other regulatory requirements. Help ensure our HR practices remain consistent, accurate, and compliant.
Coordinate day-to-day HR office operations, including maintaining supplies, associate name tags, recognition materials, forms, and other resources that help our department and associates stay organized and supported.
Support associate engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, communications, and other activities designed to celebrate our people and strengthen our culture.
Create a professional, welcoming, approachable, and service-oriented environment where associates feel valued, respected, and supported.
Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned, bringing curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you.

Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
