White Lodging is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support associates and foster a valued, supportive workplace culture. You will handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and benefits inquiries while maintaining HR systems confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEOC and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation.
• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of employment records.
• Serve as a resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members and leaders as needed.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A positive attitude, excellent service skills, and a passion for people.
• Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures.
