Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Working knowledge of classification, recruitment processes, and payroll and time keeping. General knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management. Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel etc.) and competent in spreadsheet and database management software packages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer services.
