Famous Supply in the United States is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to gain early experience in human resources. This on-site, Monday-Friday role supports compliance tracking, reporting, and day-to-day associate assistance, helping the HR team stay organized and responsive.

Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft Office skills, a service mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track compliance postings and related records.

• Stay updated on legal requirements and government reporting.
• Assist with HR reporting and data requests.
• Support event registration and department communications.
• Coordinate the department newsletter; Canva experience preferred.
• Distribute daily department mail.
• Maintain digital files and complete monthly audits.
• Answer department phones and manage inboxes.
• Provide additional HR support as needed.

The HR Coordinator role supports the HR team by coordinating compliance tracking, HR reporting, department communications, and day-to-day associate support. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are organized, accurate, confidential, and responsive to associate and business needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Track compliance postings and related records.
• Administer I-9 documentation and compliance processes.
• Maintain HIPAA certification.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting.
• Assist with HR reporting and data requests.
• Support company event registration as needed.
• Coordinate the department newsletter; Canva experience preferred.

• Monitor and manage the department inbox.Provide additional HR support as needed.
