Job summary

Famous Supply, a wholesale distributor serving HVAC, Plumbing, Building Products, Lighting, and Industrial/PVF segments, is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator. This on-site, Monday–Friday role supports compliance tracking, reporting, communications, and daily associate support.

Responsibilities include I-9 administration, HIPAA certification, HR data requests, event support, and maintaining confidential files. 1–2 years HR exposure preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills required.

The HR Coordinator role supports the HR team by coordinating compliance tracking, HR reporting, department communications, and day-to-day associate support. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are organized, accurate, confidential, and responsive to associate and business needs.
