You will manage deadlines, maintain records, and ensure programs and staff meet standards under the CEO, HR Manager, and Program Coordinator. The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience in employee compliance.
• Experience with compliance tracking, licensing, or credentialing preferred.
• Must have Alaska driver's license.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Track compliance for 500+ employees and group homes.
• Send reminders for expiring licenses, certifications, and required training.
• Coordinate training through Relias and DocuSign platforms.
• Conduct regular audits of employee files and program records for regulatory compliance.
• Identify compliance gaps and report findings to leadership.
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to staff and leadership.
