Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining personnel files, processing status changes, coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews and reference checks, and ensuring strict confidentiality in all HR records and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college/technical coursework preferred and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in human resources operations, including records management and payroll preparation.
• Strong computer skills and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintains personnel files compliant with legal requirements.
• Updates employee records and processes status changes promptly.
• Coordinates job postings, resume reviews, and telephone interviews.
• Maintains Employee Handbook with updated information.
• Supervises receptionist and manages switchboard coverage.
• Oversees staff events and budgeted activities.
