Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in human resources, disability case management, or HR operations.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Taleo ATS and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Typing speed 35–50 WPM and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage return-to-work cases and evaluate disability accommodation requests.
• Review, standardize, and quality-audit compensation job descriptions.
• Create OFCCP-compliant pre-screening questions and criteria.
• Enter and maintain job templates, question sets, and assessment content in Taleo.
• Audit deliverables and provide concise progress updates.
• Organize high-volume HR records with confidentiality.
