Cianbro is seeking a Human Resource (HR) Professional to join our Pittsfield Corporate Office. This full-time role applies human resources expertise to support our team members with benefits needs, pre-hire and onboarding, employment compliance, and I-9 administration.

You will administer I-9s, handle inquiries across all levels, manage HR programs, maintain records, and support data entry, reporting, and communications while upholding confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field with 3 years HR experience and compliance exposure.
• Direct experience with I-9 administration and background checks preferred.
• Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential data with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and audit Form I-9s per federal requirements and maintain documentation.
• Interact with all levels of the organization and external contacts daily.
• Manage HR programs including compensation, benefits, safety, wellness and engagement.
• Assist with revisions of HR forms, manuals, and online communications.
• Maintain employment records, report for daily/weekly/monthly tracking, and ensure retention.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure policy/compliance adherence.
