Job summary

Family Ties, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Director and ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies while onboarding new hires.

You will analyze HR data, coordinate onboarding, track documentation, and help manage training, certifications, and background checks in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2 years of HR/onboarding/compliance experience in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR/Talent Acquisition data; identify trends; report insights using Excel visuals and PowerPoint.
• Onboard and credential clinical new hires; ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Track submission of documentation and training for new hires; follow up to collect missing items.
• Regularly verify certifications; update as needed.
• Register new hires for background checks, 30+ online trainings, and system accounts; coordinate orientations and CPR/CPI classes.
