Michels Corporation invites an HR Manager - Compliance to join our team. You will ensure legal and internal policy alignment, lead regulatory education, and guide compliance across the organization.

You will oversee the Corporate Compliance program, EEO initiatives, and international immigration, delivering counsel and maintaining high professional standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with teams to implement policies, ensure regulatory adherence, and promote a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field; HR preference
• 7-10 years benefis administration or HR experience (or equivalent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
• Valid driver license and acceptable DOT driving record
• Ability to attract, develop and retain talent
• Strong communication and professional image
• Experience in self-funded insurance administration (desired)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Lead education and training on regulatory requirements.
• Provide counsel on regulatory matters as needed.
• Manage EEO initiatives and international immigration compliance.
• Ensure policies, procedures and standards are implemented across the organization.
