Alpha Supported Living Services seeks an HR and Compliance Manager to lead the HR Generalist team, oversee benefits, compliance, and payroll coordination, and support onboarding and staff training. You will partner with the CHRO and agency leaders to improve HR processes and support growth.

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university.
• At least 5 years of HR and training experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Background check clearance through an authorized state agency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities for the HR Generalist team and oversee HR operations.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, leave, and retirement administration.
• Ensure HR compliance, audits, safety, and required certifications.
• Manage HRIS and LMS data, reporting, and payroll coordination.
• Provide employee relations guidance and cross-functional support.
