Michels Corporation is seeking an HR Manager - Compliance to oversee adherence to legal standards and internal policies. You will lead the Corporate Compliance program, coordinate EEO initiatives, and provide regulatory counsel across the organization.

The role requires driving education on regulations, managing immigration compliance, and exemplifying professionalism and safety culture in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; HR preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for confidential matters.
• Valid driver's license and clean record as per DOT and company policy.
• Experience with self-funded insurance administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Compliance program and ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
• Lead education and training on regulations across the organization.
• Provide counsel on regulatory matters and immigration compliance.
• Partner with HR and Legal to implement compliant processes.
