Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to oversee HR policies, compliance, and initiatives across multiple branches in the Austin area.

You will align Area, Branch, Region, and shared service HR functions to drive consistency and risk mitigation. The role emphasizes HR compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, with hands-on field leadership, coaching managers, and balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day HR support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance.
• Experience with OFCCP audits and audits preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR policies and compliance within the Area.
• Lead Area-level recruitment and retention efforts.
• Manage employee relations investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Administer benefits and participate in payroll administration.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports for audits and compliance.
• Provide training and coaching to HR staff.
