Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® in Plano, TX seeks an HR Compliance Analyst to audit and report on employment regulatory data. You will configure tests, run UAT, and build dashboards to support adherence to federal, state, and local laws, including wage-hour and fair workweek rules.

You will partner with HR and Restaurant Operations leaders to identify risks, communicate findings, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyst experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience analyzing data from HRIS, scheduling, or BI platforms; Workday/BI tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Build effective relationships and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively with professionalism in written and verbal form.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct recurring compliance audits, analyze findings, and communicate results to leadership.
• Review restaurant assessment results to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop test scripts, execute UAT, and validate system configurations across HR and scheduling platforms.
• Monitor compliance initiatives and drive timely completion with leaders.
• Prepare and submit required government reports, including EEO-1.
• Build partnerships with Restaurant Support Office and field leadership to support compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and compliance monitoring programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
