Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all permits, including key deadlines and renewal dates.
• Coordinate the payment of permit fees and associated costs.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all permit-related transactions and documentation.
