Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or four years of HR experience.
• Municipal setting experience is a plus.
• Completion of NIMS training is noted in the doc.

Responsibilities

• Employment – conduct preliminary interviews, oversee applicant tracking system.
• Benefits – assist with communications, open enrollment, and surveys.
• Compensation – perform salary surveys and market analysis; supports pay plans.
• Technology – maintain HRIS, run reports, and propose improvements.
• Training – support development and delivery of training programs.
• Payroll – data entry and regulatory compliance; provide backup to Payroll.
• Employee Relations – assist investigations and coaching with supervisors.
• Public Safety – oversee testing data for entry-level and promotional tests.
