Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in New York to provide strategic HR support to a designated business unit. You will design workforce plans, lead talent and performance initiatives, and drive changes across HR functions.

This role requires partnering with senior leaders and coordinating with global HR teams to align people strategy with business goals. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong problem-solving, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and non-core hours.
• Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support and act as expert adviser within the organization.
• Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment.
• Contribute to the development of the people strategy within defined segment group and link with global HR strategy.
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact.
• Anticipate business challenges and regulatory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Coach business partners in career development and leadership practices.
• Lead development and implementation of people plans to achieve initiatives and a thriving environment.
• Review and analyze business metrics on retention and employee experience to drive improvements.
• Provide compensation support to leaders for salary actions and annual reviews.
• Lead employee relations issues from simple to complex and guide delivery.
• Partner with global HR leaders to drive HR agenda for the business.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build scalable recruiting pipelines.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects across teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to HRBP team.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, labor laws, and best practices.
• Participate in documentation and implementation of HR processes across the organization.
