Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultative HR support to leaders and staff within a defined business function. You will guide hiring, onboarding, and performance management while ensuring policy adherence and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include partnering with Centers of Excellence, driving employee development, and supporting talent reviews to identify key gaps and future leadership needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR qualification preferred.
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR support to leaders and employees daily.
• Ensure consistent policy application and partnership with Centers of Excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist delivery of programs to strengthen performance culture.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews with local focus.
