Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultative HR support to leaders and employees within a specific function. You will guide interviewing, hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management while mitigating risk and upholding confidentiality.

As part of a global aviation training leader, you will partner with Centers of Excellence to ensure enterprise alignment and local compliance, delivering HR initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative HR business support to assigned leaders and employees to address needs and concerns, supporting a culture of collaboration and change management
• Ensures consistent application of policies, procedures, practices and company values (Flight Plan) and partners with Centers of Excellence
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives; guide leaders to manage performance with timely feedback
• Investigates and supports resolution of employee relations issues
• Assist in delivering programs to strengthen performance culture with highly engaged teams
• Support Succession Planning by facilitating local talent reviews focused on technical and behavioral competencies
• Partner with Recruiting to attract top talent and develop onboarding plans for new associates
• Interprets, communicates and executes policy and documentation to ensure compliance
• Utilize HR reporting and dashboards to analyze metrics with Sr HRBP for continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc projects as a conduit between local/functional areas and enterprise HR/L&D
