FlightSafety International in Columbus, OH seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders and employees, develop and execute HR strategies, and ensure enterprise alignment with local requirements.

The HRBP coaches leaders on interviewing, onboarding, performance management, and employee development, while mitigating risk and maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic aviation training environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar qualification preferred.
• At least 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site operation.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative HR business support to leaders and employees daily.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and company values.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Deliver programs to strengthen performance culture with engaged teams.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract top talent and plan onboarding.
• Interpret and communicate policy to ensure compliance.
• Utilize HR metrics and dashboards to drive improvement.
• Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
