Wayfair is hiring a Campus Recruiter for a hybrid, full-time role based out of its Headquarters in Boston, MA. You will lead full-cycle campus recruiting and early-career hiring, helping shape the intern, co-op, and full-time pipeline while strengthening relationships with universities and campus partners.

In this position, you will lead full-cycle campus recruiting and early-career hiring, helping shape the intern, co-op, and full-time pipeline while strengthening relationships with universities and campus partners.

Role focus

You will own recruitment from attraction through onboarding, manage campus engagement initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders to support a consistent, equitable candidate experience. The role also uses data and market insights to evaluate funnel health and refine conversion across each stage of the pipeline.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding, including event planning and management, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across intern, co-op, and full-time roles.
• Build and execute school-and partner-specific engagement plans, including career fairs, info sessions, classroom visits, and student group collaborations, to attract a high-caliber, diverse pipeline and present Wayfair as an employer of choice.
• Own and deepen relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations, serving as a strategic ambassador for Wayfair on campus and in relevant external networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and program managers to deliver a seamless, equitable recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process.
• Use data and market insights to track funnel health, understand competitive trends, and refine strategies to improve conversion at each stage.
• Act as a knowledgeable business representative to answer candidate questions about Wayfair’s early career tracks, programs, and career paths.
• Participate in planning and execution of corporate summer internship, Early Leaders, and co-op programs in partnership with the Programs team, including orientations, events, and conversion strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, experimenting with new technologies, and sharing best practices across Campus Recruiting and Programs.

What you bring

• 1+ years of applicable experience in a high-growth, fast-paced recruiting environment; campus, university, or early-career recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and/or programs while maintaining a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with campus partners and/or external organizations, with experience promoting the employment brand internally and externally preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with a consultative approach, including the ability to influence, set expectations, and communicate clearly and diplomatically.
• Ability to work with ownership, urgency, and strong organization in a seasonal, fast-changing environment.
• Tech-forward mindset, comfort using recruiting systems, and integrating generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to optimize sourcing, communications, and workflow efficiency.
• Process-oriented, flexible, and motivated to test, learn, and iterate on ideas that improve both candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Location, schedule, and work model

• Location: Boston, MA (hybrid), based out of Wayfair’s Headquarters.
• Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

Salary

USD 64,000 - 73,250 per year.
