Summary

The HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition will provide strategic HR support, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, while aligning with business goals and fostering a positive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders to advise on strategic people and business matters.
  • Provide coaching on talent assessment, development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Understand the talent market and develop strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage full recruiting cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Maintain and analyze recruiting data to improve processes.
  • Participate in job fairs and develop diverse talent pipelines.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent review, and succession planning with business units.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to enhance employee skills.
  • Promote a positive culture, high morale, and employee retention.
  • Design and monitor KPIs to support growth and engagement.
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, primarily in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
  • Ability to lead change and exhibit sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
