Job description

The Role at a glance :

We are seeking an experienced HR business partner to join our Education team as a remote employee. In this role, you will support and collaborate with business leaders and team members across all levels of your segment.

What you'll be doing :

1. Partner with leaders, team members, and key stakeholders to advise on talent management, including onboarding, talent review and assessment, career development, succession planning, internal mobility, engagement action planning, and rewards/recognition.
2. Promote HR programs, practices, and policies to foster a strong, people-focused culture.
3. Manage employee relations issues within the segment, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to investigate and resolve concerns and develop solutions.
4. Oversee training initiatives within the segment, managing facilitation, communication, tracking, and collaboration with the Training Department.

What we're looking for :

Must haves :

• BA or BS degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of progressive HR experience, including handling employee relations and investigations.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with leadership and influence business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to haves :

• PHR or similar HR certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
