Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a HR Business Partner as a trusted advisor to understand the business they support, and partner with leaders in their assigned client groups as well as our HR Centers of Excellence in the development and execution of purposeful HR solutions and programs that enable business success and help build the workforce of the future. The HR Business Partner reports to the Human Resources Manager. The HR solutions and programs developed and executed by the HR Business Partner for assigned client groups require expertise in multiple HR disciplines including but not limited to, performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, compliance,and employee relations matters.

Level 3 - 4+ years of experience: $81,500 - $99,500 + 8% bonus eligibility

This role may fall under the Service Contract Act (SCA), a federal law which provides for a U.S. Department of Labor-prescribed minimum prevailing rate of pay and certain benefit levels.
