The HRBP will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to designated business units and department leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives and operations support the organization's goals and drive employee engagement, performance, and growth. This role is crucial in our fast-paced healthcare technology environment, where talent, culture, and adaptability drive success.
The HRBP will also play a critical role in post-acquisition integration efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of culture, policies, and workforce practices. This role involves workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
