We embrace the communities in which we work through volunteerism. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our dynamic Health IT Division.

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities:
  • Work with program leadership to develop HR programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for HR engagement and demonstrate HR value through alignment with business goals.
  • Support change management activities.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and other functions to support the client base.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, perform in-depth program and policy analysis, and interact effectively with employees and leadership.
  • Coach and consult on HR programs including performance management, talent management, compensation, rewards, recognition, and compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Progressive HR experience as a generalist or in an HR business partner role.
  • Experience coaching, partnering, and influencing at all leadership levels.
  • Ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Experience conducting investigations and analyzing data.
  • Experience leading a workforce through change.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Location: DC metro area.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Baltimore, MD as needed.
  • Experience in government contracting.

Pay Range: $89,700 - $162,150. Compensation is based on various factors including responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
