Responsibilities

• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Make the renewal case before the full-time client starts shopping around
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks
• Keep the mid-level leadership deck honest, current, and free of vanity charts
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it
• Apply Labor Relations expertise to model scenarios and inform key decisions
• Sequence the rollout so ID regions don't all break at once
• Sit between Compensation Analysis and Talent Mapping teams as the person who makes the call
