Qualifications

• FMLA Administration experience is required.
• Hands-on HR compliance knowledge is essential.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts.
• Confident communicator across email, calls and in-person meetings.
• Ability to elevate analytical rigor within a Workforce Planning context.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor.
• Connect daily Workforce Planning operations to the strategy on the wall.
• Decide what a senior role should own and where the seams go.
• Find the friction in the Boise customer journey and bill it back to a fix.
• Pull apart a stalled deal and rebuild the path to yes.
• Rebuild a target that the ID team stopped believing in.
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Decide which Boise accounts get the white-glove treatment and why.
