Qualifications

• Established knowledge of EEOC, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication, coaching, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment legislation within divisions.
• Advise on performance management and employee relations matters.
• Investigate employee relations issues and document findings.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform workforce planning.
• Facilitate management meetings and support retention initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities; ensure compliance.
