You will address employee relations, workforce planning, and policy interpretation while partnering with leaders to drive effective HR solutions and risk management.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR generalist roles.
• Strong consulting, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
• Independently manage complex HR matters and assess risk.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational needs.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and employment laws.
• Support change management and organizational initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to inform recommendations.
