Bell & Evans, a leader in poultry production, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support plant and functional leaders with day-to-day HR needs, employee relations, and talent strategies aligned with business priorities.

The role emphasizes hands-on, relationship-oriented HR leadership, coaching, and ensuring consistent policy application in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a focus on workforce engagement and development.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with supervisors, front‑line leaders, and employees.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support plant and functional leaders with day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations and performance management.
• Build strong working relationships with supervisors and front‑line leadership.
• Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend actions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Coach leaders on feedback, documentation, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and training with HR partners.
• Assist workforce planning and staffing alignment based on business needs.
• Implement enterprise HR programs related to engagement and training.
• Support change management and communications within assigned areas.
• Track basic HR metrics and elevate trends to the Sr. HRBP.
• Maintain accurate employee relations records and reporting.
