Job summary

Pero Family Farms in Delray Beach, FL seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with plant operations and office teams on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.

This role requires bilingual abilities (Spanish or Haitian Creole) and strong communication to support a dynamic workforce across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional later shifts (ending around 7 PM).
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Qualifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience providing HR support in production or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for production employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; conduct audits as needed.
• Coordinate training, HRIS maintenance, and data reporting.
• Support onboarding, I-9 compliance, and offboarding processes.
• Provide HR support to branch locations and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with recruiting, policy guidance, and employee engagement initiatives.
