InProduction is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for field operations across multiple states. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English to support a bilingual workforce, combining hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

The HRBP reports to the VP, Human Resources and will operate with a high degree of independence, anticipating business needs beyond day‑to‑day tasks.

Competenze

• Fluent bilingual: Spanish and English required
• Must pass background check and drug screening requirements
• 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated business partnering or HR generalist experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Proven ability to advise and influence managers independently, with sound judgment on escalation
• Customer-focused attitude with discretion handling confidential information
• Experience with HR software and ATS
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Working knowledge of FMLA, EEO, ADA, wage/hour laws
• Experience in construction, live events, or events installation preferred
• Experience supporting multi-state or field-based workforce preferred

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and field operations leaders
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary action, and employee relations matters
• Lead and document workplace investigations with legal counsel for higher-risk matters
• Own FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests, ensuring compliance
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategy
• Own workers' compensation claims end‑to‑end with third-party administrator
• Deliver HR guidance in English and Spanish to the field workforce
• Coach managers on HR fundamentals and change management
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and HR initiatives
• Communicate company benefits programs and bilingual open enrollment
• Support training and safety initiatives across units
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
• Other duties as assigned
