Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms seeks an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across Pacific Northwest sites. The role acts as a consultant on HR issues, partnering with HR to deliver value and ensure safe, reliable operations aligned with our guiding principles.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, handling employee relations, recruiting exempt/non-exempt staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety, talent acquisition and compensation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRMS usage.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Guide management on HR issues and partner with leadership to meet business goals.
• Coach line managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract exempt and non-exempt talent.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HR policies.
• Analyze HR metrics with the HR team to improve programs and policies.
• Assist with workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Identify training needs for business units and coaching opportunities.
