Job summary

Brightleaf Group in Anaheim, CA seeks a Strategic Partner & Executive Coach to align people strategies with business goals, partnering with Plant Manager and regional leaders. This role splits 60/40 between strategic partnering and site execution, with emphasis on coaching leaders, workforce planning, and change management across manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR within manufacturing, fluency in English and Spanish, strong CA labor law knowledge, and hands-on change

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
Deep knowledge of California labor regulations, wage/hour compliance, and employee relations.
Hands-on experience leading change management initiatives and coaching across levels.

Responsibilities

Direct Plant Leadership Partner: drive people strategies aligned with business outcomes with Plant Manager and regional leadership.
Organizational Transformation & Change: lead cultural and operational shifts site-wide with buy-in from hourly and salaried teams.
Workforce Planning & Talent Pipelines: build robust career pathways, succession plans, and retention strategies.
Leadership Coaching: provide daily coaching to shop floor managers to elevate leadership maturity.
Floor Presence: act as trusted HR leader for hourly and salaried workforce on the floor.
CA Compliance & Safety: oversee employee relations, investigations, labor law compliance, and safety integration.
HR Analytics: utilize data to track retention, career path ratios, and development outcomes.
