Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Team. You will align business objectives with HR policies, provide excellent service, and partner with the Director of HR to implement compliant programs across designated locations.

Responsibilities include developing policies, managing recruitment, creating learning initiatives, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of three years’ HR experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies with guidance from Director.
• Manage recruitment process: interview, select and onboard new employees.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives for employees and managers.
• Develop and facilitate New Hire Orientation and New Manager Training.
• Conduct analysis of area data to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies.
• Update and maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Review and approval of offer letters for assigned areas.
• Partner with managers on employee relations issues and advise on corrective action.
• Oversee the Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace program including testing in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Report and monitor Workers’ Compensation claims and Return to Work programs.
• Maintain and monitor FMLA and Leaves of Absence including ADA and Short-Term Disability.
• Maintain unemployment notices and attend hearings when necessary.
• Develop department goals and participate in meetings and seminars.
• Assist in evaluation of reports and results relative to goals.
• Develop HR SOPs and documentation.
