Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required; post‑graduate degree in related field or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years exempt‑level Human Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist.
• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution with Talent Management, OD/Effectiveness, Employee/Labor Relations, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR consultation and support to leadership and design HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Act as change agent, developing HR plans to enhance growth culture and accountability.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and support recruitment.
• Lead talent management processes to drive growth and retention.
• Foster positive employee culture through development programs and capability initiatives.
• Ensure policy compliance and address workplace issues in collaboration with legal counsel.
