Good Feet Midwest, based in West Allis, WI, is seeking an HR Manager who will serve as the HR business partner to leadership and staff. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, and coordination with our PEO to ensure compliant, effective HR services.

You will guide policies, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and reporting while shaping a positive workplace culture and partnering with leadership to drive talent development and organizational success.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll and employee relations.
• Experience with a PEO environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for associates and managers, guiding on policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement, and performance management.
• Provide coaching on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Support development through coaching, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Help build a culture of continuous development and growth within the organization.
• Act as liaison between the organization and the PEO; coordinate HR services and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing, record-keeping, and payroll changes in partnership with the PEO.
• Ensure HR records and HRIS data integrity; support policy development and HR documentation.
