You will manage orientation, support workforce planning, and drive programs in compensation, employee relations and performance management while aligning with regulatory requirements. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow within the NGK family.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years HR experience in a business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, resourcing, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Supports and helps to implement HR initiatives aligning with business objectives.
• Acts as primary employee-facing HR contact for day-to-day inquiries and support.
• Manages orientation programs for Arizona sites and onboarding.
• Collaborates with Arizona HR team to execute HR programs and practices.
• Provides guidance on policies, procedures and compliance.
